Garfield Builders Ltd offers a complete property maintenance service to maintain the fabric, finishes and services within all property types. This service is 24/7 and can be offered as generic package or bespoke to clients' requirements.
Currently, we are maintaining circa 6000 dwellings for two Housing Associations, all police properties for two local Constabularies, and many schools and corporate buildings. Work is always carried out by employed labour under the guidance and instruction of qualified Contracts Managers.
Garfield Builders refurbishes, on average, 10 void properties per week. This service includes every necessary task to leave the property in perfect condition for a new resident to move in. The work can be of a minor nature, such as a few basic repairs and a clean, to major works including new kitchens, bathrooms, electrical rewire, flooring, and complete redecoration.
Work is of a high quality and we aim for 100% snag free handovers. All properties are handed back within 5 to 10 working days, as required by our clients.
Alongside void property works, an environmental cleaning service is now offered, which has been greatly successful with several clients. This can include the removal of contaminated waste, void property cleaning and maintaining safe public areas.
Garfield Builders Ltd can undertake the whole spectrum of minor works required to refurbish, adapt, alter, update and improve your property. Whether it be an office refurbishment, building alterations for change of use, small extensions, or external works, Garfield Builders Ltd are always on hand to help.
Garfield Builders Ltd have carried out major works for its clients over many years, including school extensions, NHS, Police and Council property alterations and refurbishments, new build houses, and planned works programmes, including kitchens and bathrooms. This work has been procured by way of tendering, design and build, and open book to suit our clients' needs.
